Your motorboat gives you access to many rivers and lakes. The Saint-Maurice is one of the region’s main boating routes. On this river, you can cruise for miles between the La Tuque and Beaumont hydroelectric plants.
For a $30 fee, you can use the concrete boat ramp at the Club Nautique and rent dock space to maximize your enjoyment of this magnificent river.
Other boat ramps provide water access upstream of the Beaumont power station. Lac Édouard and Grand Lac Bostonnais, both of which are accessible by paved road, await your discovery.
Close to the forestry roads are the Vermillon and Flamand rivers, as well as several major lakes including Lac Châteauvert and Lac Manouane—and, of course, the Gouin reservoir!
